Help with my barking dogs?

I have a pug and a Chihuahua that are the loves of my life. They are great dogs but the Chihuahua barks every time she hears a noise and that gets my pug going. We live in a house right now but will be moving to a apartment in a few months. The place we are moving to is pet friendly but when I am at work I don't want my dogs barking and disturbing the neighbors. I have tried the Sunbeam barking egg and it doesn't work. Can anyone please give me suggestions on what I can do to make sure they are not barking all day. I have heard about the spray water bottle idea but I wont be home to do it when needed. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Havanese who barked at everything from the TV to people outside walking, or going in their houses.

I did not want to hurt her in any way (example I didn't want to get the collar that shocks) so last month or so ago I bought "pet safe vibration bark control collar" and let me tell you… It's a god send! It works amazing for my pup and if u read the reviews it seems to work for 95% of the dogs. The best part is that it is SAFE and does not give any pain to the dog whatsoever. All it does is vibrate for a second on her neck enough to make her think "what the hell was that?!" And she stops barking.

Now this collar only CONTROLS barking, does not stop it completely. But why would u want to stop the dog barking completly anyway? They're dogs and they like to bark. So I would say for about every 5 loud barks, the collar vibrates once. It definitely worked for me.

    Hope this helped. :)
